Hosted by Lachlan, a neurodiverse person with a passion for pies, The Piedcast will use interviews with experts, baking sessions, and cultural investigations to tell the story of pie from a variety of perspectives.

Who is Lachlan?
Lachlan is a neurodiverse pie fanatic, co-owner of Proof of Pie and high school teacher. He’s been baking pies for over 10 years, and he’s passionate about sharing his love of pie with the world. Lachlan is also a skilled storyteller, and he’s excited to use The Piedcast to share the stories of the people and places that make pie so special.

Lachlan will be interviewing a wide range of experts and guests from Australia, the USA, and the UK. Their expertise will range from food history to native Australian ingredients to pie judging and everything in between. These experts include:
